HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Willkommen! We would like to recommend that you create an account with us and not checkout as a guest. This is for convenience and ease of use for all your future orders as you need not have to fill in the required information all over again.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
As we are a lean operation and in order to keep our costs low, our current payment mode is only via PayNow. You can PayNow to our UEN number 53410234D or to 97650368.
Please send us the transaction reference number or a picture of the transaction receipt once the transfer has been made.
We do hope to offer more payment options in the future when our business picks up with your support!
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We offer a choice of shipping using SmartPac (with tracking) and Ninja Pack (with tracking).
Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days after payment has been made.
We offer free delivery for orders above $70.00.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Goods sold are not refundable. We do not accept returns or refunds except on the extremely rare occasion that something went wrong in our production. Please contact us immediately if you notice anything wrong with any of our products. Exchanges may be done on a case-by-case basis up to our own discretion. Any refunds made will be at a 10% administration charge.
HOW LONG WILL THE TREATS LAST?
It is best to store our dehydrated treats in the refrigerator. If stored properly and away from moisture and high temperature, the treats can be kept up to 3 months (please do not let the treats last that LONG … give fido a treat every now and then … reward even for NOTHING!)
We do not make to order, unless it is out of stock. Manufacturing date will be indicated on every pack of treats we send out.
